Starting immediately are the following procedures:
TIME TEAMS
1. $500 deposit for groups registration is due within 30 days of signing your team up. This is to secure your spot on the calendar. This is a non-refundable deposit.
2. $100 deposit per person is due 60 days prior to your trip date. This is a non-refundable deposit.
3. All remaining funds for individuals and projects are due 30 days prior to your trip date. These funds are non-refundable.
SERVICE TEAMS
1. $25 deposit to reserve your spot. This amount is included in your final payment. This is a non-refundable deposit.
2. All remaining funds are due 30 days prior toyour trip date. These funds are non-refundable.
Please note that all funds are non-refundable. We have changed the due dates of funds to make things easier on you. By the time the funds are due you are sure of who will be joining us on this trip and that you are coming. At this point there should be very little changes in your group as the trip is only 30 or 60 days out.
